Although most of the advertisement shows men using this product, I must say, ladies, this one is a winner for keeping skin from chafing and getting sports bra burns. Just started using it, want to see how it holds up in the Texas heat, sweat, and humidity. Great for feet and long runs as well.

Last year, I spent 2 weeks in Spain, walking 8-10 miles a day on city streets. From day 5 on, I had terrible blisters, despite wearing “good” shoes that fit me with merino-blend socks. Before this year’s trip to Spain, I discovered Salty Britches. I used it every day, applying it a second time when we came back to the room for a while in the heat of the afternoon. I’m a cyclist and enjoy riding year round. I started using this product during the hot humid summers days of North Carolina weather. Product is excellent and performs as advertised. Very efficient and effective so a small amount of product last the entire duration of my cycling rides. Good stuff no chafing.
Great product. I use it on field training exercises, rucks, runs, outdoor pt extravaganzas and anything else I know I will spend lots of time outside in the caribbean sunshine. Chafing and rubbing are a thing of the past.
I keep Salty Britches Winter Skin Relief on hand year round. Washing my hands so often makes my skin dry. This product helps. I even bought some to pass along to a co-worker

My initial order was not complete - I contacted customer service and they corrected the issue immediately. I was able to use Salty Britches Ointment on a 5k where I typically have issues with blisters - not this time ! great product and I recommend this to anyone that has blistering or areas of chaffing on longer runs/rides whether it is on the trails or pavement.
I have been using Salty Britches for ultramarathons for over a year. For most races, I simply apply before the race and forget about it. On especially hot and humid days or on days when it is raining, I may need to apply a second or third time. The only minor complaint is that it leaves an odor on some tech clothing, presumably because it doesn't wash out completely when doing laundry.
I used this for the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona. I didn't have a single issue with my swim skin leaving marks. Then I used it before the bike and again on my feet for the run.
