My husband is an adventure racer and I am endurance rider and ultra runner, aka we use a lot of salty britches. It is absolutely the best thing to keep you from having rubs or blisters. The company also went above and beyond to get me product before a race when someone stole the shipment I had ordered out of the mail.
I used the ointment on my daughter’s scabbed knee from sliding into a base playing softball. It healed very fast! I also used it on my dry hands since I wash them all day. Very impressed and will definitely buy again.

This weekend I used my first order of chafing ointment for the Atlanta Spartan Trifecta. I first applied it before the Beast and it never failed me. ALL of the usual sensitive spots remained chafe free. On the second day, I applied it before the first race. It lasted throughout the Super and Sprint! I never needed a reapplication. None of the mud frictioned it off or created issues. I absolutely love this product; not buying anything else from here on out! I cannot wait to see how it will hold against the battering of a 50k and 50mi. Thanks Salty Britches for an excellent product! There really needs to be a sixth star for this one.
I wore this recently on my feet for a 50 mile ultra marathon and had ZERO blisters and no pain in my feet! I almost ALWAYS have pain in my feet even after 10+ miles and this was a 50 miler on trails.
